These Terms of Service govern your use of Mr. Business Financial Services and the services we provide. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Mr. Business Financial Services provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, cash flow analysis, payroll processing, business formation assistance, records management, and advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses. The specific services provided to each client are defined in a written engagement agreement or proposal.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform the agreed services. We are not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
Payment
Fees are as agreed in your service proposal. Monthly retainer fees are due on the first of each month. Failure to pay within 15 days of the due date may result in suspension of services.
Confidentiality
We treat all client financial information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services you have engaged us for.
Limitation of Liability
Mr. Business Financial Services is not a licensed CPA firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services are intended to assist with financial organization, bookkeeping, and preparation — not to substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney or certified public accountant where such licensure is required. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with your records and any outstanding deliverables.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
